Roxanne did an amazing job remedying my teens failed home hair cut. She kept open communication throughout, added helpful styling tips, and did her best with what she had to work with. It's always really hard to find a good stylist. Roxanne has taken the time to listen to me on how I like my hair to look like. This place is sometimes busy but it's worth the wait. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Go and give them a chance. God bless 🙏 💖.

I went into Supercuts feeling really frustrated with my hair. It’s been thinning, and I was honestly at the point where I didn’t know what to do anymore — I was just going to buzz it. A few years ago, I even went to an expensive salon hoping for ideas, but I left feeling like there wasn’t much that could be done. I’d gotten so frustrated that I’d started cutting my own hair, and it never really turned out the way I hoped. On Sunday 2/1/2026, I reluctantly went to Supercuts and asked Roxanne for a buzz cut. She was polite, professional, and asked a few thoughtful questions. She then asked for permission to try a few things before cutting it that short and took the time to explain my hair and realistic options. I walked out with the biggest smile on my face. I feel happy and confident with my haircut. If you’re struggling with thinning hair and don’t know what to do, go see Roxanne — she truly knows her stuff. If Roxanne happens to read this, I just want to say thank you. You took the time to listen, explain, and approach your work with care and honesty. What may have been “just a haircut” truly made a difference for me — I walked out feeling confident and happy . I really appreciate your time, thoughtfulness, and the pride you take in your work.
