The hairstylist asked me couple question before working on cutting. She explained my Asia hair won’t be same come out as the hairstyle picture show and keep make sure I won’t regret to cut too short. Actually , this is the first time the hairstylist explained my hair quality and keep patiently confirming with me.

I came in today to get a correction cut from something that happened at an alt store in pico Rivera. My daughter and I had a really bad experience May of this year (2025). Long story short we went in with one expectation and came in with a complete opposite. Walking into Supercuts my hairstylist was Elvira, She listened to me gave me some advice and I was able to be comfortable and trust her judgment to fix the damage that was done with my hair. She was super sweet and I fully trusted her in the cut that I was hoping to correct or are least fix. She talked me through everything she was doing and did not do anything to my Hair until I approve. It was such a blessing and a relief to know a hairstylist took so much care and comfort not only in my feelings but also my Appearance. I loved how Elvira would show me in the mirrors before she made any cut. I was advised about length and how we could somewhat fix what what already damaged and uneven. I'm so thankful for her patience. As for my daughter the hairstylist Doreen, before she even did anything to my daughter's hair. She already knew both my daughter and I were traumatized from our experience bad expert with ulta. She gave a lengthy explanation from the process to cut the dead ends to waiting for coloring to hair trearment to what she was going to attempt with my daughter’s hair in regards to a cut. Doreen even set us both up with the shampoo, conditioner and oil treatment, she also explained in depth about coloring your hair and using bleach and how the scalp can be very tender and even possibly blister from the product. She also advised in regards to the color of my daughter‘s hair going from a dark to a light the damage it would cause and recommended many products as well as advice for her hair. The extensive description she gave us for treating her hair and the oil’s was completely amazing and I was astonished at how knowledgeable she was along with the great advice.
