Supercuts absolutely earned a 5-star review from me thanks to Lauren. She gave me a clean, sharp fade exactly how I wanted it, and did it quickly without ever making it feel rushed. Her chair-side manner was on point, kind, friendly, and easy to talk to the whole time, which made the experience comfortable from start to finish. I left the shop feeling fresh and confident, and I’ll definitely be coming back to see Lauren next time I need a cut. Highly recommend asking for her if you want a fast, professional fade with great customer service.

My second time going in less than 6 months I asked keep the style i already had just layered and shorter. I payed $30 for this cut. Could not get it blow dried or styled due to over lapping appointments. I usually get my hairvwashed , I was never even asked. I have MS, getting my hair washed is something special I like to get done. I wanted it styled so I could see how good it can look. I'll just let it grow back and try again. $30 for this tho? Plus $10 tip? I feel cheated.

Jen gave me the absolute perfect long layers w curtain bangs- and she helped advise me from a photo I saw on Pinterest and saved me from a mullet. Efficient, kind, and a total boss. Will find her and come back !!
