First time customer. Chose because of high rating. Ruby "fixed" my weird haircut. She explained what woukd happened before cutting, and I got exactly what I had hoped for. The manager and another stylist wwere also there (2:30pm, Monday), and everyone was personable and friendly. I plan to go back, and I plan to request Ruby again!
