Fiona is absolutely amazing. I normally struggle with getting my haircut, as I suffer really badly with anxiety. She made me feel so welcome and explained everything at what she was doing. I would definitely recommend Fiona. I will most certainly be going back

Absolutely fantastic service at supercuts. Staff really helpful when I struggled to use booking system but all fine once this was sorted. Fantastic stylist did my hair ahead of trip to Crete really friendly and did an incredible job. Only suggestion is that if customers want to tip for excellent service that the pay system lets you do this with card and that you then know staff will receive which would make things even better !! A star service !!!

My daughter and I had our hair cuts done today at Supercuts Killingworth and we are so happy with our new styles. Claire and the other hairdresser (sorry didn’t catch her name as she was cutting my daughter’s hair) were so friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Claire gave a lovely massage whilst washing my hair I could have fallen asleep. We had a lovely time and love our hair cuts so much we will be back. We didn’t have an appointment booked and only had to wait 20 minutes for them to fit us in. Definitely a 5* treatment. Thank you ladies!

Love going here, I decided to get my hair cut went in waited just 20 minutes, actually went to look around and came back. As always the stylist was friendly and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Would always recommend especially to those like me who would rather be doing something else.
