Needed a hair cut for a concert that week. Showed an inspo photo and said "something like that. Have fun!" The woman then literally crawled in to my brain, pulled put exactly what I'd hoped for and said "There, and if I don't see you on his arm by the end of the week... I'll want to know why!" She literally spent 35 minutes hyping me up and making me feel like a princess while secretly reading my thoughts and making me feel a billion dollars!

I had a hair cut from Tasha today. She was really lovely and gave me a hairstyle as I wanted. She was very friendly and always smiling. She has gone far and beyond and given me the extra care.

Beth did an AMAZING job on rescuing what must have been the world's most tragic haircut that I had then tried to correct myself at home and ended up with a weird tufty bit (don't try this at home, kids!). Just how this genius lady managed to hide and blend that tufty bit seems like magic and I am massively grateful. Lovely lady, very friendly and reassuring as I was quite stressed about the state of my Barnet when I got there. Beth took her time to listen to me and my appointment was in no way rushed and was actually a relaxing experience, this is quite some feat considering that I am, by default, a total stress-head. You get the idea! Anyway! THANK YOU BETH!!!
