Really grateful for this place. My 8 year old daughter has really long thick beautiful hair which has a tendency to tangle fairly easily. She desperately needed a cut but because of a traumatizing experience a few years ago she has not wanted to go anywhere. Today changed that. We came to Super Cuts since they were able to accommodate us with a reservation when a place in Hartford who accepts walk ins could not. All three of the ladies working were super nice but Carrie ended up being the one who took my daughter’s haircut on. I briefly explained her previous experience a few years ago, which included two ladies roughly brushing and yanking on her head. Although she had absolutely no obligation to, I could tell Carrie kept that in mind when combing and cutting about 8 inches from my daughter’s hair. Carrie was super nice, understanding, and knowledgeable sharing tips on things to do to keep my daughter’s hair healthy specifically in the summer. Of course she also did such an amazing job on the actual haircut including adding a bit of layering. I truly appreciate the experience we had with Carrie. She was genuinely considerate of what took place with my daughter’s previous experience even though it had nothing to do with her or even Super Cuts. We will definitely be back and I will recommend anyone to come here. Thank you so much,Carrie!

Supercuts is great! I get a great haircut from a professionally trained stylist at a good price, and I can usually schedule an appointment the same day. Win, win, win! Today, Sarah was fantastic! She gave me a much needed haircut and style and even reshortened the layers after I became more confident going shorter.
