I went to Swan Nail Boutique a couple of days ago, during what had been a really tough holiday season for me. I booked the appointment hoping it would lift my spirits a bit — and it did so much more than that. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. The atmosphere felt different from other nail salons I’ve been to. I never felt pressured into services I didn’t want or uncomfortable asking for adjustments. Every request I made was met with patience and genuine care — you can tell they truly love what they do. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who was so sweet and personable. I had accidentally gone to the wrong address at first, and she and I even worked together to help get their Apple Maps listing updated. It was just such a refreshing experience all around — great people, great energy, and excellent quality nails and toes! Swan Nail Boutique has definitely become my new go-to spot. Can’t say enough good things about this place and Mathe who always does AMAZING nails on me. Everyone is super friendly and talented, and what I look for most at a nail salon is that they take appointments seriously. Many places I’ve gone to have “booked me for an appointment” but I end up sitting there for hours before being seen. Everytime I’ve gone to Swan with an appointment, they’re ready for me and I’m on the schedule. And again, cannot say enough good things about Mathe!!! She’s SO insanely talented. Best hidden gem nail spot in Charlotte hands down 👏🏼💅🏼💘

I went to Swan Nail Boutique for the first time yesterday. Kay did a wonderful job with my nails! Everyone was so nice and the boutique is so cute/clean. I’ll definitely be back as a regular customer! Highly recommend :) UPDATE: I’m a regular guest here and still wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. Will continue to add photos of the beautiful work Kay does!
