Friendly staff and great sauna/cold plunge experience. Each of the suite had all the amenities. You can connect your phone to the TV and play your own music. It truly felt like a luxurious spa experience. So glad to have this in Winter Garden!

Perfect place to reset and recharge. The private infrared sauna and cold plunge experience is both relaxing and refreshing, and you really leave feeling better than when you walked in. The space is modern, spotless. I love how private and calm everything is it’s ideal for recovery, stress relief, or just taking time for yourself. The staff is welcoming and helpful, and the overall vibe is peaceful and elevated 🧖 🧘🏽♀️

I have gone to this location 3 times now and I absolutely love it! We purchased the membership and so glad that we did because both me and my husband are obsessed! The staff is absolutely amazing, they are professional, so thoughtful and seriously so nice - their professionalism and kindness really play a huge role in the overall experience. I love how we have our room for the sauna, tub and shower. It’s always so clean and so relaxing. After a session here I always feel energized and my skin literally glows. I wish we lived closer, I would probably go every day if I could! Thank you!! 🤍

Loved the experience. I booked an introductory session on 11/5/25 to check it out, was able to go the same day. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the facility was clean. After logging in, it was just a few minutes wait before I was given a tour of the location. Everything was explained to me on how the sauna and plunge bath work, also the recommended time and how to use each for the best experience. I endured 30 minutes in the sauna, then enjoyed a rinse off in the vitamin C enhanced shower before getting in the freezing plunge tub.. it was only 54 degrees but it felt like I just fell off the deck of the Titanic. All good though, ten minutes and then another warm shower did the trick and I feel amazing right now. Hopefully I'll sleep like a baby tonight and wake up refreshed in the morning.
