We had a GREAT time! We had booked the Head to Toe Princess Package and added on make-up with Elaina for my daughters 4th Birthday. She was absolutely fabulous and made my daughter’s special day even more special with a great spa experience! Service was great and I was able to add on some more services (colored hair extensions) seamlessly. After we left my daughter could not stop talking about her beauty spa day and loved telling everyone! Definitely going to be long time customers! There was also group parties (looked liked they were having a blast) going on at the same time but everything was so organized and fun! Great first impression and we plan on coming back for regular manis for my little one!

I found this place several months ago and was finally able to bring my 4 year old daughter. My daughter absolutely loved her salon day and so did I. Cassie was my daughter's stylist. She was so great with her. My daughter got a haircut and braid with glitter. Cassie spoke to me to make sure we made an informed decision on length, style, etc. Cassie asked my daughter what kind of braid she wanted which I really liked. (My girl is very opinionated and independent.) From there she got a mani-pedi. My daughter got to pick an anklet, toenail stickers, and a ring. It was a true experience as she was able to choose a snack and drink to have while she got her pedicure. They let my daughter walk the stage several times so I could take pictures of her hairstyle, etc. Be prepared with extra funds or to say no to your child(ren) since they have a lot of cute goodies (jewelry, small toys, hair clips, etc) in the store!

Update: they called and allowed my daughters to come in for a redo! They also apologized and were very helpful with setting up the redo! We are. While the service we received was very friendly and made my daughter feel like a star on her birthday the quality was not great. The same night the polish was already off on multiple fingers. I paid $163 so I expected it to last at least a couple of days. When I use piggy polish at home it lasts at least two days. The service also felt rushed we got there early to make sure we got the full experience which was suppose to be 45min but from start to finish it was about 30. Again I paid a good amount so I expected it to be a little longer. I also wish online I had known they were going to add a 20% gratuity for a booking of 3 or more. While I would have tipped regardless the amount would have depended on the level of service.

Booked last minute for my 4 year olds birthday. Took her and my 6 year old daughter and they LOVED it. Elaina and Tera were so sweet and patient. They made my daughters feel so special. I love the treatment plus the attention and their hard work shows in my kids smiling faces w make up and hair.
