Haylea is literally the Queen of Bob! She also has a great personality to match her incredible talent! I felt so welcome by her at the really beautiful, cozy salon, and she patiently heard me out each time I was there, making sure she delivers precisely what I want and what would make me happy. Simply phenomenal! I am so thrilled I found my hairstylist; I wouldn’t let anyone else take a scissor to my hair!

I had a great experience my first time here, I will definitely come back for my next cut and style. My stylist (Ashleigh) really took time to listen to my needs and was considerate of my specific hair type, texture, hairline/cowlick, etc from the get go. The salon is cute and cozy, too.

Edit 2/17/2024: Adding photos of the results of the products along with the styling of my hair. I am still seeing Jenna every time I come here however I recently had a different person who handled an updo for an event I went to and this was by Tiara (gold bow photo). Jenna did the pigtail braids I’m also adding. I cannot say enough, good things about the salon. When they use a product on you, they do not try to sell it to you, but if you like it and you mention you might need it they will try to sell it to you. If you mention you have a problem with something, they may try to sell you a product to solve that problem. However, I have never felt as though they are trying to force me to buy certain products. I have seen four different hairstylists and all four did a great job. However, I’m sticking with Jenna 😉 Edit 7/2022: Kayla had her baby and decided not to return 🙃 I’m now seeing Jenna Ganser and she’s fantastic. I got bangs cut and she was super patient allowing me to return on 2 separate occasions to have my bangs cut a bit shorter. Finally found the right length, I really appreciated her patience throughout the process. I met the owner the other day and I just had to tell her how wonderful this salon is. You can tell they work very hard to have the atmosphere and their employees are all so happy. You can really see they are passionate about what they’re doing. Original Review (2021): From the moment I walked in I could tell this salon was different. I had the best experience ever. I’ll be honest I went there at least a month ago if not longer. I wanted to ensure before I review that the hair care products suggested were tested so I could give valuable feedback. I appreciated that each person has an Instagram account so you can see their work. I got schedule with Kayla so I was able to peek at her work. I saw she was recently graduated and I’ll be honest it scared me, but I pushed that thought out of my head knowing that she is trained and has some amazing before/afters on her Instagram. Kayla first gave me a tour of the space, this isn’t something any other salon did so I really appreciated it. There were hangars to hang your jacket/sweater which is a nice touch. You’ll have two cover things (no idea what they’re called) one for in general and another for while hair is being cut. Kayla didn’t cut too much hair off recognizing I was on the fence and that if my hair problems could be solved with products I’d like my hair longer than what I asked for. Good judgement call on her part, incredibly happy she didn’t cut it short like I wanted. The hair wash was great, I appreciated the scalp massage was very relaxing. Their sinks don’t suck too, normally I’m so uncomfortable in the sink but theirs was quite comfortable. The cut is great, hair was thinned out since I have so much hair. The biggest thing for me was the products recommended it’s like Redken ABC shampoo and conditioner along with a leave in conditioner (this stuff is amazing and detangles my hair well) and the heat protectant she didn’t try to sell to me it sold itself LOL it smells so good I had to buy it. These products have made a noticeable difference in my hair. I’m so incredibly thankful for the recommendations. I also appreciated that Kayla explained that you wash hair two times: first time removes all the oil and second time lathers and washes. I’ve bought high end shampoo and conditioner and never saw the value because I dumped a ton on my head trying now get it to lather. Now I’m using the actual recommended amount instead of a mountain of product. Oh and on a whim I saw they had these glittery like hair brushes with sprinkles in them (Wet brush) and I bought the set strictly because they were cute. Great decision, almost no breakage. I’ve been using them since I left the salon and the brush isn’t full of hair like it’d normally be. Thank you so very much Kayla, and Swish salon. Happy customer that will be back! It was my first appointment at this salon and it was refreshingly great! A girl’s girl salon. Everyone was so friendly! Brenna brightened my blonde and I enjoyed my entire experience!

My stylist Mandy was outstanding. She listened to my needs and when she was finished I was very pleased. The salon is very nice and comfortable. I definitely recommend Swish Salon
