I have been going to Tans Down Under for many years. They have excellent choices of both tanning equipment and consumables. They maintain clean, sanitized equipment and I have seen upgrades and maintenance made to beds routinely. Their staff is unparalleled in giving tanning advice. I have fair skin and have been able to maintain a nice year round tan by following instructions from them. All of the products they carry are reasonably priced and you can try almost anything before buying it (for a small sample price). I strongly recommend!

Edit: I just wanted to add to my review, since at this point I've been tanning there all winter. Still love it, and still gets a 5 star review. Everyone is still very cool and friendly, prices are actually a lot lower than other places, and everything else I originally reviewed still stands. End of edit. Love this place! So much more educated and professional than the place I used to use in St.Joe. They're knowledgeable on the different bed types and what's best for you, plus tons of lotions to select from, and facility is nice and clean :) Everyone that works there is super nice, too. 5 stars from me :)
