This was my second time here & Moe did not disappoint! He removed two anti eyebrows that were done improperly at another shop first, then we did paired center eyebrows. Moe is the epitome of customer service! He makes you feel confident, comfortable, & excited about your new piercing! Will always come back here!

We had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable. Moe pierced my niece and she was nervous, but he did a great job at explaining the process from the initial piercing, to how to properly keep the piercing clean and in good condition. Highly recommend them.

Wow... Bridget and Mo are the greatest! The right mood and sounds... Shop is in top order and everything for you, the customer, is at medical grade sterilization, products and provided services... Mo has the ability and experience to provide and exceed your expectations... top shop, surprised, its in Douglas... I have been all over the world in work and pleasure (tattoos and piercings)... first ear piercing was in a souq in a Rabat, Morocco along with my young son and now with by Mo who reopened my original left piercing and adding a new right one right here in Douglas!

I had recently gotten a nose piercing at another business about 2 months ago and the jewelry kept coming out, I came here for new jewelry and suggestions on a different type of jewelry as the one I had obviously wasn't working for me. Moe and the lady at the desk were very welcoming, polite and helpful. Moe and the lady both told me and Moe explained why the type of jewelry I had wasn't safe and why it wasn't working well for me. Moe cleaned the area and replaced the jewelry for me. He took the time to explain everything and the after care and answer questions I had without me feeling rushed. I truly felt that the best care and my well being mattered even as small as a nose ring. Thank you Moe for your care, I will definitely be back.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and helped immediately. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. The building smelled good and was very clean. After paying for my service, I was introduced to Moe. I already knew of Moe because I had researched Tat it Up before I got there. Moe made me feel at home and walked me through the entire process. He knew I was nervous, so he talked to me until I calmed and relaxed. He told me that my piercing would hurt, so I was ready for the pain, but when he did it, it wasn't nearly as painful as I thought it would be. He gave me a mirror, so I could see my new daith piercing and explained the aftercare. This was a great experience. Moe was so gentle and I will be going back to see him for other services. If you're in need of a tattoo or piercing, go to Tat It Up and see Moe! He will make you feel like family.
