Customer Reviews for Tattoo Factory of Hickory

Heidi Heavner — 5/5 (via Google)

I came in for a nose piercing yesterday. I was a walk in appointment and they got me in and out within 30 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful. My piercer, Anthony, was also very good. This was my first piercing aside from my ears, so I was nervous, but he was very understanding and walked me through it. The place was clean and had a nice setup. It was only $20 so it was also very cheap. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

I recently went with a friend and we had an amazing experience. Anthony did a nostril piercing for my friend and a septum piercing for me. He was very kind and friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. The piercing room was organized and clean while having a fun decorated interior. There was not much of a wait for us to just walk in at around 5pm on a Saturday, maybe 45 minutes. The price point was excellent. The sign-in was simple, and consent form were easy to do and conveniently found via a scannable QR code at the counter. There's a pool table and lounge areas with loads of binders of work they can do or have done, plus mini arcade setups to keep you entertained while you wait, so waiting was a non-issue for us. I'll definitely be back for more piercings and would recommend them to anyone. Honestly I feel I should go back anyway just to tip more.

I brought my son here for his septum piercing a couple years ago and was very pleased with the cleanliness and professionalism and the very low prices! I decided to give them a try today for the free tiny Birthday tattoo and I am so happy with the outcome. Steven was sweet, polite and gentle with the tattoo gun. I'm sure I'll be back for more.

Ava Summerlin — 5/5 (via Google)

I have been here many times before for tattoos and piercings and have had a great experience every time! Everyone is super polite, but also has a good sense of humor and they make you feel super comfortable! Me and my sister had our hands done with Danny recently and he did an exceptional job 😆
