Walked in a little nervous, walked out feeling cute. The place was clean, The vibe was right and the piercer Cheppy knew exactly what he was doing. Quick, Smooth, and way less painful than what I expected. My double nose piercing came out perfect And instantly upgraded my look. If you’re thinking about it… do it. This is the place and Cheppy Is the best!!! 💁‍♀️✨

My sibling and I stopped by the other day to get pierced and it was a lovely experience. I was worried initially because my last piercing (done elsewhere) wasn’t the best experience. Roxy put us both at ease and let us lay down for our piercings. I got my second lobes pierced and it was a much more relaxing process. Piercing aftercare was also explained to us very nicely. I’ll definitely be coming back if I get any more piercings.

Meeting Roxy was probably the best customer service I’ve received, she was sweet and patient with me as I do have a fear of needles but she guided me through the whole process. She let me ask all the questions i could think of and helped me get over my fear. If you’re interested in getting pierced i couldn’t recommend a better person to go see. Thanks again! ❤️

I came to Roxy at Tattoos by Lou to help me correct a nose piercing done by another person. The piercing was not healing properly & a bump had formed around it. The very first thing Roxy noticed was that the nose had not been pierced at the right angle. She asked me several questions about the post piercing protocol I had been given, which, as it turned out, was lacking a lot of crucial steps. Roxy has worked with me over the course of a month on different protocols to help with the healing and diminish the bump & although the inside has finally shown significant improvement, the outside was not responding. In fact, the bump got worse after getting slightly better. After ruling out that it's not an allergic reaction to the jewelry, Roxy suggested removing the jewelry and either waiting a few months for the piercing to close and fully heal before piercing again (at the right angle this time), or doing a new piercing on the other side of my nose, which was the choice I opted for. Roxy made the removal process seamless and painless (despite the irritation on that side of the nose). She took her time, measured the area properly and even drew on it temporarily to ensure that the new piercing was done at the proper angle based on the anatomy of my nose. Lo & behold, I immediately saw such a stark difference on how the piercing looks and how the jewelry sits on my nose at this angle in comparison to how it was originally done! I came home with explicit care instructions for both the new piercing and the hole/bump on the side of the old piercing. I will return in 2 weeks for Roxy to inspect the progress on both sides, but I am already feeling so much better (although I'm not happy at all about having a bump on one side of my nose). However, Roxy assured me that now that the jewelry has been removed, the skin will have an easier time healing, and the bump will eventually go away. 🤞 Never in a million years did I think that a piercing would be this complicated, but Roxy has been so kind and diligent throughout this mess, which was not created by her. So.... be careful and do your homework before you choose a piercer. The fact that they're working at a long established business does not necessarily mean that they're really good, knowledgeable, or qualified. All of this could have been avoided if the person who originally did my piercing knew what she was doing. I am so grateful that Roxy has been able to help and has been so gracious about it. Not everyone likes fixing someone else's mess, but Roxy has been amazing, and I highly recommend her.

Absolutely loved every minute of it. My piercer was super friendly and helped me through each step. I loved how the piercings came out. 10/10 definitely recommend coming here. I’ve gotten many piercings before but this experience has been my favorite so far!!
