Never a bad experience with Ebony. Been seeing her for a few years now, and this is the most progress I’ve seen with my hair in terms of LENGTH but also, volume and consistent thriving curls! ebony is exceptionally knowledgeable. Matchless in her field. Not only has she brought my hair back from the brink (when others didn’t know how) but she did so with professionalism, love & kindness. I had an amazing experience with Ebony during tonight's silk press service. She not only demonstrated impressive knowledge but also took the time to understand my hair journey goals. Ebony's energy was fantastic, making the two hours fly by seamlessly (started ON TIME at 5, left a little after 7). Her professionalism was evident as I was seen right away, with no waiting on other clients. I don’t think I’ve had this positive of a hair salon experience, EVER.
