Award Winning Barber. The man with the Master Hands. There isn't one haircut he can't do. Respectful, on schedule, sincere, very patient with kids. I highly recommend him. He is that good that he only ran his business for multiple years alone. He was the One Man Army until about 2 years ago. Appointments only for Avery but Lucio is always taking appointments and walk ins as well. Tha Chop Shop also gives back to our community by giving food and clothes and hygiene items to the homeless and gives to the children and people gifts for Christmas. If you are looking for the Best Barbers look no further. Tha Chop Shop is the Place to Go. "If you don't know, You better ask somebody"

The only barber in Houston I know of, that’s won an award. Tha Chop Shop motto is “ If you don’t know, you better ask somebody.” And that’s how I found out about this place. I used to work in the area and my co-worker always had fresh fades, I mean clean, and stone cold cut. So I asked him where did he get his haircut at? And he told me about Tha Chop Shop. Avery the owner, is a very talented individual, hence the award. He is a Pilar in the community. I’ve seen do great things in the neighborhood. The man would give you his shirt off his back. I’ve been going to him for at least 10 years. Lucio, the other barber there is just as great. You can’t sleep on him. I mean he works next to the greatest. You can’t tell me he didn’t learn a few thing here and there, tricks of the trade. If want an Award Winning Barber to cut your hair? Call and make an appointment, you won’t regret it.

Avery been cutting my hair since I was a kid in middle school… now me and my son go to the shop. My nephew is a barber there now also. Tha Chop Shop always good vibes too… Avery, Lucio and Adrian(AD) are a great group of barbers and always professional. Shop stays clean and these guys always make sure you’re walking out looking fresh. Appreciate you guys! And if you don’t know… YOU BETTER ASK SOMEBODY!
