After an awful experience from a different salon, I walked into Thao’s Nails, hopeful for the best. Upon entering I was greeted by the owner, Thao. I explained to her my situation and she sat me down. All of my acrylics had to come off and they were very gentle with me during this process. Making sure I was okay and not in any pain. ALL of the employees are SO friendly and welcoming. They really make sure you are happy with the finished product. They made my nails beautiful and I am very pleased with them! As long as I am able to go to Florence, this will be my home nail salon. Thank you for the wonderful experience and being so welcoming! 10/10. ☺️

Thao's is absolutely amazing salon! I have been going for about 2 months now and everytime I go they do not disappoint! They take their time and make sure you are completely relaxed and satisfied! The staff is all very welcoming and the salon is also very clean and beautifully decorated! I will not be going to another salon ever again! It is rare to find a place that is actually excited to see you and do a great job too!!! Natalie is so so so sweet! And does a fantastic job! Thao is very talented and has an awesome staff! Go see them I promise you will never go anywhere else!

Thao’s nails always does such an amazing job. The ladies are very welcoming and kind. They are very helpful and take their time to help you get what you want. I got a rounded GelX with gel cateye polish!
