Ally & Taryn have been a godsend! As a person who never makes advance appointments or even returns to a salon, “coincidentally” ending up at The Ally Hair Bar over a year ago has been a game changer. I used to get two hair cuts a year at any place that could get me in RIGHT THAT SECOND, but find myself now typically making appointments before leaving and planning my next visits a few months in advance to make sure I can continue with their expertise. They listen to exactly what you want and then make any necessary recommendations for what will actually work with my hair. I can always count on my time in their chairs to make me feel like family. I have laugh, cried, and left satisfied at every visit. Cannot recommend highly enough… although I want to gatekeep! They have handled my color, trims, and major cuts, and have always been supportive of my goals and budget (like when I switched to my own color maintenance), which can be hard to find in such a high-end salon. Very grateful for The Ally Hair Bar! Customer for life!

I scheduled with the Ally Hair Bar because they use clean products (that smell great). I was really pleased with my color and cut with Taryn. Taryn does not only style your hair well, but also teaches you what she is doing as she goes. I am definitely going back!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALLY HAIR BAR! I’ve always had stellar experiences with Ally and her dedicated team of professionals. One of my favorite things about Ally is that she really cares about not only me but each one of her guests. She makes sure she asks just the right questions, listens carefully, and then provides exactly what is needed. Because of that, she fixed a trouble spot in my hair that I have dealt with for years. I couldn’t be happier! Ally and all her stylists take the time to educate about how to best care for your hair. I learn something new every time I go. And, I love that the products used are natural and safe for my hair. Everyone in the salon is welcoming, warm and wonderful! All the stylists work together as a cohesive team and so I have had Taryn’s relaxing hair baths along with Ally’s superb styling! I always have a fantastic experience each and every time I’m there and leave with a radiant swagger! Can’t recommend enough!

I can't recommend Ally's Hair Bar enough! I wish I could make these 5 stars shoot into space because she deserves 100 million of them. I've never had a stylist know me so well that I can just say "do what you think will look best" and have it come out perfect every single time. She truly sees what will work for me and absolutely nails it. I get SO many compliments, even 6 months after a cut (yes, I'm that person who stretches appointments, but I can because Ally's cuts grow out beautifully!). I drive down from Olympia to see her and it's 100% worth it every time. She's incredibly knowledgeable about all the products she carries, and honestly, you leave with both amazing hair AND feeling like you just had the best therapy session. It's a two-for-one deal that's hard to beat! She really is pure magic.

I love these ladies! They make you feel heard and ask you about your vision for your hair including daily maintenance/follow up. I learn something new each time I go today was more about scalp care. I have been 4 times now and each time just gets better as we use the non toxic coloring line they have. This is the happiest I have been with my hair. Recommend to anyone looking for a new stylist or feeling blah with their current cut/color routine. You won’t regret it. I’d trust any of them with my hair and truly feel pampered every visit.
