Even though it was Melbourne Cup weekend — easily the busiest time of the year — and she was the only staff member rostered on, she handled everything with absolute professionalism, patience, and a smile. Despite the rush, Navdeep took her time to make sure my waxing was perfect!! She’s so gentle, precise, and genuinely cares about getting the best result for each client. Her calm, friendly attitude under that kind of pressure was seriously impressive.
