My massage today was absolutely wonderful! Monica was my massage therapist, and she had the music playing, massage table heated, and explained how we would start when I first walked in, asking about the amount of pressure and focus areas. I was just looking for relaxation, so she massaged every part of my body equally. It was very peaceful the entire time. I will definitely request her again! I had previously left a not-so-great review on here about my experience last time I was there with Ally as my massage therapist. Body Bar gave me a chance to come back, and I am so grateful! Definitely a redeeming experience and will continue to come to the Body Bar for many more years to come! Even bought a gift certificate as a birthday present when I left today. Thank you :)

I think the therapist I had ,Connie . Was wonderful , BUT I honestly thought my massage after Connie with a male was at 2:30.so at 1:30 I get a call from a very rude person working there asked where I was and I explained I had written downtime as 3:30.. NO she answered. The therapist came in, I responded that I could come in now and she very rudely , again,said no… and were charging your credit card . I explained again that I had the wrong time written but she insisted that I would bee charged anyway … What happened to polite customer services and understanding that I honestly had written down the time of my appt. I know 1 thing… I will NEVER go there again, and to the manager.. how can you allow the employees to talk to customers the way she did Joanne P
