Devin did an artful Job with my hair and the entire stuff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Donna rescued my hair after getting a bad color and cut from another salon. She considered my skin tone, my natural color, how to cover my grays, and going a solution to fix an uneven and choppy haircut. The BRITISH HAIR CO. is the most professional and yet personal in Laguna Beach. I have gone to salons around the world, primarily NYC, London , Dublin and Belfast. I have experienced cuts, color and styling for many years and watched the stylists and clients. This Official Aveda salon is by far the most excellent. It’s impeccably clean, well organized, never sloppy in helping its clients. The stylists help clients choose styles , cuts and colors that suit the ENTIRE person and daily need or special event. They advise considering all aspects of a clients life! No one walks out with an inappropriate look. It is extremely professional! I recommend it 100% .

Tracy is a brilliant English hairdresser and is trained to the highest level. She is an expert on colour, haircutting and hair extensions. I first met her years ago, when my hair had been destroyed by a dreadful hairdresser who had used products which were way to aggressive for my type of hair; with patience and skill, Tracy rescued me and gave me great hair. Leslie who runs the desk is organized, charming and highly effiecient at juggling Tracy's clamouring clientele. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
