Rachel was AMAZING. I came to her feeling defeated after getting highlights done at another salon that were harsh and chunky and looked nothing like my inspo. BUT Rachel saved the day with a beautiful blended creamy rich golden blonde, that was even better than I could have imagined. I left the salon feeling beautiful and refreshed!! My hair has simply never looked better. I Highly recommend her services and she’s just a joy to be around !!

Natalie was so sweet and did a great job. I was not exactly sure what hair cut I wanted going in but she cut it perfectly! Plus did a pretty blow out at the end :)

I am so thankful for Shae Samples! She has been my stylist for over 5 years. I totally trust her with my hair. She really takes the time to ask what I want to have done and makes suggestions when I ask. She is patient and so friendly and kind. It's like sitting down with your best friend-a totally fun and relaxing experience. The salon is very nicely decorated. They have a receptionist who takes care of you as soon as walk in the door and even offers you a drink!

Rachel Ferguson is AMAZING! I’ve been searching NWA for a stylist for years and I can say - I’ve found my gal!! I would recommend her to anyone. She listens, is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, an she is so kind, easy to be around and lets the client lead the mood of the appointment (zone out and relax quietly or chat it up). She made me feel so comfortable and most importantly, she is a true artist when it comes to hair! I’ve been going grey the last two years and was so nervous to put color on my naturally strawberry-blonde hair. I’m SO glad I trusted her!! She took me back to what my natural hair looked like 6 years ago! I also love my cut. Got THREE compliments on my hair the day she did it. Like I said, she’s amazing!!! Overall, the salon is beautiful and clean and has such a positive vibe, too! 10/10 recommend!!

If I could give Rachel 10 stars, I would! I cannot recommend her enough. She’s kind, warm, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to color. I had a traumatizing highlight experience at another salon and was panicked and couldn’t stop crying over how ugly I felt. After scrolling Rachel’s instagram page : hair_byrachellauren I immediately reached out to her because I could tell how talented she was. She graciously agreed to squeeze me in last minute even though I was a brand new client because she could hear the desperation in my voice. As soon as I entered the salon I was greeted with a warm smile. She was patient and took her time during the consultation which is where I think a lot of stylists go wrong, they rush to start the service, this was not the case with Rachel. We talked about hair health, what had gone wrong and a game plan to fix it. Her confidence kept me calm throughout the entire process. When she finished my hair I looked in the mirror and I hugged her. I couldn’t believe how incredible my hair looked considering how awful it looked 2 hours prior! She is truly a miracle worker and color expert. I could not recommend her enough! She’s highly skilled / trained and will deliver on what she says she’s going to be able to achieve which is such a breath of fresh air! She’s the kind of stylist I would drive several hours to come visit because she’s that good!
