Amazing customer service!!!! For my daughter’s sixth birthday I took her to get a gel manicure and a pedicure, and it turned out fabulous! I got a gel manicure and pedicure as well, but unfortunately, my gel manicure started coming off two days later. The person who did my gel manicure said it was their first day at this nail salon. I called to explain the situation with my manicure and Tom had me come in to get it fixed. V fixed my nails and they turned out amazing! She took her time, she was very kind and understanding. She refused to accept a tip from me after taking an hour and a half on my nails! She made sure she reminded the nail technicians there of what to do to provide long lasting gel manicures. I will be back!

Omg best salon EVER! Went for my first time today (on a Saturday morning)… there was no wait time and Mr. Q did an AMAZING JOB!! Such a quick service, he picked the perfect color for me based off of what I wanted and my nails look awesome. Cant wait to come back

I love Tom!!! He always does my nails just how I want them. Even when I let him freestyle, I never leave unhappy. I have never had a bad experience an everyone there knows what they are doing. Love it there!!!!🩷
