“Savannah Smiles” at The Chop Shop in Mount Airy was absolutely fantastic. She listened carefully, never interrupted, and really paid attention to exactly what I wanted. She was very careful with my haircut and checked in along the way to make sure she was not taking it too short. That kind of attention to detail is hard to find, and the haircut turned out perfect. I also had a facial, and her straight shaving skills are outstanding. Her technique was excellent, she took her time, and I never felt rushed. The whole experience felt professional, relaxing, and high quality from start to finish. On top of that, The Chop Shop has a great atmosphere. It has a cool, laid-back vibe that makes you want to come back. I will definitely be returning and will absolutely book with Savannah again. She is patient, thorough, and clearly takes pride in her work. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love the Chop Shop! My cousin recommended Jessica to us and she has been amazing! One of my sons has texture issues and hates to get his hair cut. These guys were so patient and kind and made my boys look sharp! Jessica’s team is all great! They pay great attention to detail offering the latest styles for boys and the atmosphere is so cool! How have I not known about this place sooner! I booked my son with Jessica as he had a bad experience elsewhere and we needed it to be fixed. So glad I took a chance here as Jessica did not disappoint. She took time to speak to my son to get an idea of what he was wanting and even showed him how to style it. He was all smiles when leaving and said The Chop Shop is the only place he wants to have his haircut. That’s just the cut, the atmosphere is just as amazing, my younger son had different toys and arcade games to keep him occupied as well. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
