The staff at both the downtown and rothman locations are amazing. Amy was so warm and Melisa was personable and knowledgeable. The staff makes you feel at home. They also make sure you get any discount or coupon available. I’ve found my spot for self care, run don’t walk to downtown wellness spa!
Rachel R — 5/5 (via Google)
I'm finishing up laser hair removal treatment and couldn't be happier! When they say this procedure is painless, they're not kidding. I find the sessions relaxing and look forward to going. And the results are better than I imagined. My skin is soft and smooth, no more shaving, razor burn, or ingrown hairs. My schedule is hectic, but I can always get an appointment with Sydney or Baylee, two of their awesome esthiticians who know their stuff. I've also seen Sydney for massage and facial. She's very attentive, skilled, and makes me feel totally comfortable. I love my visits to DWS and always leave feeling great.
