First time Botox treatment at the Glow Lab with Allison. It’s always a little nerve wracking to go somewhere new with this kind of service. Allison really took her time and got to know what I was looking for. She was very sweet in getting to know a bit about me as well. She also made product recommendations without being pushy which is super important to me as I like to go away and do a bit of research afterward. Looking forward to additional treatments at the Glow Lab.

The Glow Lab was clean, decorated so cute, and has really nice staff! The owner was so nice and informative of the different options available for lip filler. She picked the one that was right for me and did an amazing job!
Niki Cook — 5/5 (via Google)
I was hesitant to go to a med spa again. My last experience elsewhere came with tons of pressure to buy more products or procedures. I schedule and small inexpensive procedure half expecting to be judged. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet. Not once did I feel judged or pressured. Allison explained what I was getting done and educated me on other options if what I chose did not work. She even encouraged me to do my own research before deciding anything. That alone made me feel comfortable. I usually walk into places like this feeling intimidated, but I didn’t feel that at all here. Thanks for making me feel so welcome I will definitely be back!
