Absolutely an amazing experience. Very professional staff; all were very kind and attentive. I got the head spa service and the foot soak; both were incredible and I felt so special during my services. I truly wanted to stay there all day long. I should also mention the abundance of heavy blankets EVERYWHERE! I am cold all the time and there’s just warm and comfort within each room, it was such a nice touch for me. I will definitely be back to try out more they have to offer!

I thought there would be more actual scalp massage and less of the “washing/rubbing” of my hair. While it was enjoyable overall, I felt the service was a little overpriced for the experience and time. I’m really glad I tried it, but I don’t think I’d book the head spa again. That said, I would definitely consider coming back to try a facial or a traditional massage here because the atmosphere is wonderful.
