I came here to have my jewelry switched out for the first time since having my earlobes pierced two months ago. Kelly was quick and friendly. The service cost me $10 which I feel was fair compensation considering this wasnt the shop that originally pierced me.

All staff was super kind and knowledgeable! I got my first tattoo here over 12 years ago and some of my first piercings 15 years ago. Happy to return and get some help with some piercing trouble I was having. Great experience! Will be returning for future tattoos and piercings.

ANA did such an amazing job she touched up my rose and made her look brand new! I was so happy she was so comforting and everyone at the shop was so sweet and welcoming , my teenager got her belly button pierced here as well with Kelly and it’s healing beautifully will be visiting again 😍
