Zack was amazing! Instantly he put me at ease and there was a lovely rapport between us. What I loved was that he really listened to my needs. We worked together throughout and he kept checking in with me to ensure I was happy with the result. Having a fringe out in curly hair is a brave move but he worked his magic and I love it. The salon was also a pleasure to walk into, I love it's vibe and the massaging seats whilst you have your hair washed. I was made to feel extremely welcomed and really enjoyed my experience with you. First impression: Accessable, Clean, Friendly feel, smiley welcoming staff. I’ve been nervous about hairdressers due to a bad experience once, so I haven’t been in 4 years, my mum recommended this place so I thought, okay I’ll bite the bullet. I was met by a lovely girl, Candice and she was so welcoming and friendly. This instantly gave me a good feel. I was then introduced to Louisa, she’s is a breath of fresh air, what a lovely, skilled, professional, friendly, kind woman who is an absolute credit to The Industry. I showed her and told her what I wanted and she gave me exactly that. Along with advice and guidance about my hair. Candice styled my hair after Louisa had cut it and she did an amazing job. I left feeing so refreshed and confident. I cannot recommend this place enough. They are also very reasonably priced so a tip wouldn’t go amiss, they deserve it! Thank you The Industry team especially Louisa and Candice. Xx
