I’ve been coming to Jess for a while now and always leave feeling amazing and completely in love with my hair. I recently tried the salon’s new Japanese Head Spa service and WOW — I felt so rejuvenated when I left! My head and scalp were definitely in need of some TLC, and this treatment was exactly what I needed. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing and soothing from start to finish. I can’t recommend this new service enough! ✨

I had a brilliant experience today at the Loft with Jess. I thought my hair was beyond help after having a baby 7 months ago. Thinning/alopecia/knotty etc etc Jess explained that it was probably hormonal and not unusual. Said we would give it a good cut and shape. Left feeling a millions times better.

Two years ago I had a really grim haircut and spent the winter wearing a bobble hat. One year ago, when it had grown enough, I went to Jess who did an excellent job of tidying it up. The other week, deciding it had finally grown enough for the cut I wanted, I went to Jess again. I can honestly say it’s the best haircut I’ve had in thirty years (I used to go to a top stylist in Manchester when I lived there, he was incredible). She is an absolutely brilliant hairdresser and I would not hesitate to recommend her. Keep going Jess, you are amazing! X
