Jess is the fountain of youth. I got dysport for the first time and she thoroughly explained everything from the prep to process to aftercare. Everything was explained in such a clear and detailed way that I felt fully informed and comfortable even as a first timer. She made the process thing so relaxing and pain-free. In two weeks time, my treatment was fully settled and looks so natural. Even a coworker who used to be a nurse injector commented on what a great job Jess did. I truly could not recommend this place more highly! From the moment you walk in, the ladies at the front desk are always so warm and welcoming—it immediately puts you at ease. And Hayley is hands down the best injector. She takes her time, talks you through every step of the process, and checks in with you throughout to make sure you’re comfortable. Before my last lip appt, I without thinking took a blood thinner before hand which caused my lips to bruise quite a bit during the appt & make the process without a doubt a bit more challenging - Hayley remained calm, talked me through what was happening & ensured that I was happy with my end results. I really appreciated how she handled it from start to finish. Let’s be honest, lip filler isn’t exactly a comfortable experience (obvi), but somehow I still leave having genuinely enjoyed the whole appointment.
