Excellent customer service, Caroline went out of her way to emsure i had a comfortable soak. This place takes pride in serving customers in need of soa works and mineral soaks...go there if you are in the area...better than the roosevelt baths and spa for sure

This was the most amazing experience!! My husband and I will be making this a priority without a doubt!! The service was great, friendly and so professional. They made you feel so comfortable and for me this was huge!! First time massage 100% all around great experience!!

My wife and I visited this charming Inn and also enjoyed some of the amenities that the location offers! We were greeted warmly by our hostess, Maggie, and she turned the fireplace on for us when we got there- which my wife was deliriously happy with! We stayed in the George West Suite, which had a wonderful jacuzzi tub that we thoroughly enjoyed. The room was very comfortable, spacious, private- pillows are especially awesome!! Also, we also ate in the downstairs Social Club and had a delicious meal (affordable appetizers, drinks and dinner.) The Happy Hour specials are fantastic if you are able to get there before 5:30! After our dinner we went back upstairs and although a little chilly in January, we sat on the second story balcony/porch in the rocking chairs and watched the villagers come and go to the different eating establishments. We enjoyed our overnight stay very much and the next morning, my wife raved about the 1 hour deep tissue massage that she received at the Spa! Thank you, Medbery for an overall wonderful experience- we are sure to visit again!
