Customer Reviews for The Nail Files | Middletown RI Nail Salon
Kaitlyn Burns — 5/5 (via Google)
I visited this salon after having a horrible experience at another salon in Middletown. They took care of me immediately and were the kindest ladies! They gave me exactly what I asked for and more! Offered me a heated neck wrap when I came in and took their careful time on my nails to make sure they were perfect! They were very kind and patient with their customers and made sure I left loving my nails! I am very picky about my nails and I have absolutely no complaints, they killed it. So fairly priced as well! I got my nails done by Colleen! She was so amazing and talented! Must visit her!!!

If you’re in Newport and looking for a fantastic nail salon, The Nail Files is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease with their warm smiles and friendly vibe. My nail tech (I wish I remembered her name!) was the absolute sweetest. She’s a retired teacher, and it shows in the most wonderful way – incredibly thoughtful, careful, and so attentive to detail. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and chatted with me like an old friend. You could tell she genuinely cares about her clients, and that kind of service is rare. If I’m ever in town again, I’ll definitely be back!

Martiza was awesome! She spent time to make sure I was happy with my nails, even when she had other clients waiting. First time she ever tried the chroming, she was patient and willing to try it, and made sure I was happy with them before finishing!! They were all so sweet and I can tell they really care a lot about their clients! Would recommend!!
