First And Foremost I Would Love To Say I Love MEL !! I had a great experience tonight I went to other nail salons in Philly but this one right here !! Since moving from NC it’s bad nail techs out here ! But This One Right Here !! 1000000/10 🥹❤️ Book Ahead Of time !! But she have don’t the best work I seen in Philly ! Highly recommend !! She’s friendly ! And sweet ! Very professional ! Very Patient!! Very detailed!! My nails came out better than the picture I compared!! I swear yall ! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I was originally looking for nail people in my area to get my nails done for prom last year, and when it came time to get them taken off, I went to her! Time after time again she never fails to amaze me! I have gotten countless compliments from my classmates at school! She’s so sweet and friendly and easy to talk to! So reasonably priced too! I never pay anything over $80, incredible nails, skill and more!

Mel has been doing my nails since I was 15, that’s 15 years now. I’ve been to quite a few salons and have found plenty to complain about. Mel’s salon is always clean, I’ve only ever been serviced by myself (no other customers inside), and she can actually do designs. I’ll be a customer another 15 years if I can be.

I wanted to get a paraffin wax for my hands and called a few nail salons in the area. I called The Nail Lounge but no one answered; however, Mel called me back and apologized for missing my call. I asked if she did hand paraffin wax and she said yes. I scheduled a 1 pm appointment at like 12:50 pm lol. Mel was very welcoming and kind. I got a regular manicure and then my hand paraffin wax. The manicure was great and my hands felt like silk after the paraffin wax. I also liked that it was just myself and Mel in the salon and she stated that she goes by appointment only. Cards and cash accepted; however, there is a fee for the use of your card. New customer here, thanks Mel!

So far, I have gotten my nails done here twice and the last time I was there (Tuesday July 8) Melody had rushed back from a personal appointment to accommodate my request for an appointment. Such kindness and consideration is something I appreciate very much.The service each time I've been in was exceptional. I will continue to come back because of the lovely, friendly staff, the upfront pricing, and the quality of the service I receive. I am so happy that I have finally found my nail place!
