Customer Reviews for The NOW Massage Portland Hawthorne
Sara Parsons — 5/5 (via Google)
I have been going to the Now regularly for about a year now. Just had my second massage with Cara and it was amazing. Just the right amount of pressure, kneading into my sore runner feet, sore back, sore computer arms. She will also do pressure points on the back of my neck, ears and face that release sinus pressure and stress. Strong hands and good pace of massage. I used to see Celia who was also amazing but she’s no longer at Now. I always feel so restored and grateful after a massage. One of the best things I’ve done for my health/stress is coming here. It’s also easy to book and aesthetically pleasing but the best part is the talented staff.

The Now is great… clean, aesthetic, professional, convenient, and easy to book. I am a repeat customer, and have had a number of good massages at The Now Hawthorne location, but Shams was truly EXCEPTIONAL. She tackled all my tension and trigger points with ease, and I walked out feeling so much better! She was kind, professional, thorough, and so great at what she does. 💛

I just got home from my massage with Justin. This is the second massage I have received from him. He was very kind from the very beginning (actually, ALL of the staff members here have been nothing but fantastic each time). The pressure was perfect. I am currently feeling very relaxed and comfortable. I feel like I’m glowing from within as I can tell he loosened up so many tight areas on my neck. Always 5 stars at The Now Hawthorne!
Sadie F — 5/5 (via Google)
The Now on Hawthorne is great! I love the ease of scheduling online and the wide range of appointment availability. Each masseuse I’ve had has been great and listened to my needs/requests. The set up is a bit unusual with the “rooms” being thick canvas walls, but it’s totally fine. Privacy is maintained and the setting is peaceful and soothing.
brianna bracelin — 5/5 (via Google)
Beautiful massage spa, extremely relaxing atmosphere and wonderful staff! The details to the ambiance really set the perfect tone for an amazing experience. I own a spa my self and believe they are doing things right all around for their clients. The prices are very reasonable for what you receive. I saw Justin and I’d highly recommend him for all things relaxation and specified care. He has good touch and connects great with your needs.
