I love the NOW, and this location specifically in South Bay / Manhattan Beach area is epic! I found them after doing a Soundbath for their members in their beautiful outdoor space last year (see me in the outdoor space in the photos). The staff and the owner, Lisa, are beyond lovely. I was greeted with a warm welcome and could have relaxed in the sitting area for a few hours with all the crystals, aromatherapy, and plants and good vibes! I walked in with severe neck, shoulder and mid-back tension, and floated out feeling like a new woman. My therapist was caring and knowledgeable. The calm ocean waves in the background, beautiful dim lighting, and heated massage table with high-end blankets transported me into the theta state with ease. I have been twice now to this location, and will definitely be back. Thank you so much ❤️

I have been going to The Now for over 7 years consistently now, and always have an amazing experience. When they opened the location near me I was beyond ecstatic, and while I’ve always had amazing massage therapists, Suzanne has by far been my top one of all time. Not only does she listen to your needs and body, I walk out feeling brand new after every session with her. I’m beyond lucky to have found her! She is so talented my wife and I stack our appointments so we can both get in to see her. All of the front end staff are also lovely. We love our location!

I’ve had a massage at The NOW South Bay 5 times, and each visit has been incredible! The atmosphere is instantly calming when you walk through the door and the receptionists are kind and welcoming. Dee has been my masseuse every time for my 80 minute massages and she definitely has magical hands! She is a real treasure and has helped to relieve my neck, shoulder, and back pain significantly. Having this opportunity for self-care is really wonderful and it makes a huge difference in how I feel. I joined the Now program which helped to make the price more manageable on a monthly basis.

Alma V gives the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. The massage itself was nothing short of amazing—perfect pressure, intuitive technique, and a clear understanding of exactly where my body needed the most care. Every movement felt intentional and therapeutic, not rushed. I walked in feeling tense and stressed and walked out feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely renewed. You can tell alma is very knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. I’ve had many massages before but I keep coming back to her every month. Pro tip- book early! She books up fast!

I’ve been going to the now for 5 years now and I’m so glad they’re finally here in the South Bay! The staff is amazing and the location perfect. Suzanne has been my go to and oh my god - she is the best. Her technique is beyond amazing, each visit I come out feeling brand new. It’s definitely my monthly reset that I look forward to where I get to take care of my body with all the stress from life and work. She listens to the areas I need more attention to, and gives me good insights to how to care of my body between sessions. Thank you again Suzanne!!
