I had such a great massage today. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, welcoming, and relaxing. The soft ocean-like sounds playing in the back really set the tone and immediately helped me decompress. The staff were friendly and professional, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and easy. The massage itself was amazing. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and honestly more grounded than when I came in. You can tell a lot of care goes into this place, the atmosphere, the details, and the overall vibe make it somewhere you actually want to come back to. If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind and reset, I’d definitely recommend. I’ll for sure be returning.

My first time visiting this location and I have nothing but good things to say. I booked the 80 minute healer session and it was fantastic Berkeley was amazing and highly recommend to anyone who needs a great massage experience. The atmosphere of the boutique was calming and bright and the massage space was calming and dimly lit with ocean sounds. This experience melted away all my stress and I will definitely be back. I recommend the membership if you can afford but if not, still a very affordable and enjoyable option. Thank you!

Ana did an excellent job — the massage was relaxing, thorough, and never felt rushed. She paid attention to the areas that needed it most and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I’ve been seeing Nina at The NOW Massage for over six months now, and I can honestly say she’s more than just a skilled masseuse — she’s become a true healer in every sense of the word. Her expertise, intuition, and attention to detail have helped me recover from multiple pains and even muscle-related injuries over time. Every session with her feels personalized and restorative — she consistently goes above and beyond, often spending extra time to ensure every area of tension is properly addressed. Nina’s care, warmth, and passion for what she does are unmatched. She listens closely to my needs, adjusts her technique each visit, and takes a truly holistic approach to wellness. She’s an absolute rockstar and a genuine asset to this location. Equally impressive is the team at The NOW Massage. From the staff who handle bookings over the phone to the front desk team that greets you on arrival, everyone is consistently friendly, courteous, and professional. They always make sure I’m comfortable, offer water, and take care of even the smallest details that elevate the entire experience. The facility itself is beautifully maintained — clean, serene, and meticulously managed, which gives me total peace of mind every visit. Hygiene and comfort are clearly top priorities, setting this location apart from many others in the area. I truly look forward to every visit with Nina and plan to remain a loyal client for years to come. Kudos to the entire team for running such an exceptional, guest-focused operation. Keep up the great work — you’ve earned a lifelong fan. 👍🏻

I had my first visit at The NOW today, and my therapist Nina was absolutely incredible. Her technique was outstanding, and she was able to find a knot in my back that no doctor had been able to identify, even after years of pain and many appointments. After my massage, my back feels completely different - I'm honestly in shock. Her hands are pure magic. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my whole family. This was truly a life-changing experience, and I can't thank Nina enough.
