i first came to the parlour when i was living nearby at the suggestion of a friend. i was recommended emma and wow what she has done for my hair in just over a year is incredible! i had gotten a not so great chop while traveling in vietnam, and emma expertly walked me through how we could remedy the cut and gave me options for approach. she has a lot of experience fixing “bad” haircuts. once we resolved that issue, she helped me achieve a perfect cut for my everyday hair style and since seeing her consistently my hair is longer and healthier than ever! she’s so easy to get along with and couldn’t recommend her more. the parlour has also hired very personable and lovely assistants who wash your hair and prep you for your cut. reception is always welcoming (with a drink of choice from soda water to prosecco) and helpful with payment and booking. clean space, great location, easy booking/rebooking app and always send you reminder texts with enough time to rebook. 100/10 all around! i even come in from the suburbs for my cuts.

I came in for a cut and color, my hair was very long and I knew I needed to cut a few inches off. I told Breckyn I wanted a trim and a very very slight copper color to my hair and she delivered and exceeded my expectations! I absolutely love my hair. She was so kind and easy to talk to. We yapped about books and I had a great time. I get so many compliments on my hair. Can’t wait to come back!

The whole experience was smooth and professional, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend Kristi if you’re looking for someone who truly gets it. Close to Union Station, very convenient. I will continue to come from Aspen to see Kristi! She's worth it!
