Jackie — 5/5 (via Google)
I walked in with tears in my eyes looking for a memorial piece for my cousin who passed. I knew what I wanted but needed some help with the design. I was welcomed by Debbie and she was so kind and listened to me. She got Jay who began designing. We all worked together - I was unsure about one part. Jay said how about this way - it is perfect. It was a very emotional experience. I was sobbing and Jay just did his thing - not realizing the comfort he gave me and how he’s connected to me and my cousin for life. I will never get another tattoo unless it’s from Jay. It is beautiful - meaningful and in the perfect spot!!!

I got my rook pierced here after a bad experience at another place, and I’m so glad I did! Everyone is incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The piercer, was gentle and thorough. It was quick, nearly painless, and so well done. Highly recommend!! Wish I went here for all my piercings!!

I had a great experience! I went to get my jewelery put back in after it had came off from another place. It was painless and super quick. The guy explained aftercare to me everything so clearly. He was super helpful and provided the best services. Will definitely come back again. Definitely knows what they’re doing!

Such an amazing experience! I came in for a tongue piercing and everything was so easy and quick. The piercer walked me through every step, made me feel comfortable, and was friendly and professional. The woman who checked me out and took my payment was also incredibly nice. The whole vibe was welcoming and reassuring. I’ll definitely be back!

Pleasant experience getting a third lobe and conch piercing by Debbie as a walk in. She was professional, personable, and thoroughly explained everything before doing anything. It was a clean and quick process.
