I got a haircut with Mika today and had such a lovely experience! I have very thin hair and she managed to give it a lot of movement and volume. High quality service and super friendly staff. Besides, the space is very relaxing. Will definitely be back :)

Amazing experience! I rarely go to the hairdressers, probably once a year but this salon made me want to book in again right away. I booked a long cut with Mika and the process was very easy, with reminders and communication via email. When I got there, all staff were very friendly and kind. Mika cut my hair exactly how I wanted it with long layers and a lot of thinning out. She also washed my hair before cutting and styled it after with tongs. Such a talented and kind person! Would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful salon experience.

Went to The Pond hair as a new client and from start to finish it was an easy process from booking my consultation then scheduling the appointment. I had a balayage done by Kento, who was very lovely and had good advice on the colour possibilities. Overall, it was a great experience - the salon is clean and has a great atmosphere! Definitely will be returning again

My experience at the Pond Hair London (Islington) with Seira was absolutely wonderful! She began by washing my hair, which felt more like a soothing head massage, incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. Seira then cut my bob with such care and precision, showing true attention to detail and perfectionism. Throughout the appointment, she was gentle, kind, and genuinely lovely. I left not only with beautifully styled hair but also feeling calm and refreshed, almost as if I’d spent the afternoon at a spa. I couldn’t recommend her and the salon more highly!
