I was very anxious about having such a big change, especially with it being my first visit to the salon but Megan instantly made me feel at ease! I had a couple of wobbly moments throughout (sorry Megan 🙈) but Megan was extremely professional and I left with the hair I’d hoped for. Thanks again!

Abi was great, really excited to have free reign on my hair and she didnt disappoint. It's easy to manage and thats exactly what I needed. Lovely experience from start to finish, the head and shoulder massage always a welcome addition along with the tea and biscuits.

Chloe is a fabulous stylist and knows what I like. With RRI EK having limited Crazy Color options she gave me 3 colours she knew I'd like and we settled with dark blue & a light blue money piece. The treatments recommended have very much brought life back to my hair too.

Absolutely over the moon with my colour and style. My first time at the salon as I have relocated from England. Abi is a star. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. All the other stylists were lovely and friendly too and nothing was too much trouble. I was so pleased I have booked my next appointment.

My experience of Rainbow Room is always great . It’s very relaxing and friendly my hair is usually cut by Lisa and because it’s so silvery white I sometimes have foils in a blonde colour always turns out lovely . I would recommend Rainbow Room to anyone interested in having a lovely experience from first step in to be greeted by Nicola who is a lovely girl and very able very caring . I have been going now for a number of years and will continue too . I don’t trust many people with my hair .
