I’ve been seeing Melissa at The Refinery for my skincare and wellness, and she is absolutely incredible! She’s taken such great care of me through Botox, SkinPen, and Sculptra treatments — always explaining each step and making sure I’m comfortable. My skin has never looked better! I also had a dermaplane facial with Claire, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. She has such a skilled technique and left my skin glowing. Madison is always so friendly and helpful at the front desk, making each visit smooth and enjoyable. The entire team at The Refinery is professional, kind, and truly passionate about what they do. Highly recommend!

I was recommended to go here due to a dog bite ripping part of my lip off resulting in stitches years ago. I was self conscious about my lips and could never have a rested face in photos or it would be horribly noticeable. The first appointment Sarah was very honest and stated this might not take it all away but will make it less noticeable. I loved the honesty and Sarah talked me through the whole treatment. She even asked how I was doing after the treatment. You can tell she loves her job and takes pride in her work. Because of Sarah, I feel Bonita and can finally have the RBF I always wanted. I have never made an app anywhere else and not sure how much treatments cost so I’m unsure if she is reasonable but at this point, every penny was worth it. No regrets ❤️

Melissa is truly wonderful. During my consultation, she took the time to address all of my concerns and offered thoughtful recommendations focused on treating the root causes of the areas where I felt I was looking more “aged.” Instead of providing a “quick fix” to one or two isolated spots, as I’ve experienced in the past, she created a comprehensive treatment plan that I feel will provide much more satisfactory results long-term. I also want to mention Madison—she is incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The entire experience was great.

Sarah and her staff are amazing! I know when I go there I will not be disappointed! I just recently had a facial by Claire, and probably the best facial i had ever had, and I have had a lot. Sarah is honest and will give you her opinion and will explain everything so you feel at ease and comfortable. I recommend to all!
