We had a great experience today on the Winter Warmer package. I think the therapists names were Shannon and Megan and they did a fantastic job with our facials, such a lovely and relaxing atmosphere during the treatment and regularly checking in with us during it. The hot tub and mocktails afterwards were great, as well as the soup and rolls in the relaxation room. Great value for money and I would definitely return, my skin feels great now!

The sanctuary was a wonderful experience, from the minute I walked in the girl on the desk was so warm and friendly, couldn't have asked for a better welcome and michaela who took me for my treatment was very knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel secure and comfortable while explaining any questions. She was amazing from start to finish at her job and I'd highly recommend her and the sanctuary as a whole. Thanks again girls ❤️

Went today with my grand daughter and from the moment we arrived we were greeted by lovely staff.We were talked through everything and were asked a number of times were we ok did we need anything.The facilities were lovely. Hot tub was perfect for a cold day .The staff do an amazing job to ensure you are enjoying your time , even my grand daughter said it took.looking forward to next time thank you girls
