Cannot fault The Scent Lab at all. Have been shopping here on and off for years and the products are always top quality, with excellent range. Recently, I placed an order and did not realise I put an old address in. After a minor panic, I reached I out asking how to go about ensuring it was delivered to the correct address and it was super easy and not a problem for them at all. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. If you're wanting quality products with a huge variety of delicious scents and products to choose from then this is your place.

The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and really know their products – they take the time to explain the different scents and help you find the perfect choice to suit your style or mood. The quality of the candles, diffusers, and perfumes is outstanding, and you can tell a lot of care goes into making them.
