Rosemary is absolutely amazing. Her customer service is unmatched. We have been married 19 years this year and we still receive packages from the resort. Rosemary does such a great job when it comes to making the whole experience just as if I was there! She always does an amazing job and always writes a sweet handwritten note which those go a long way because we don’t see them very often. Thanks so much for everything you do Rosemary!

What's not to like at the PB spa? It's one of the best spas to visit as part of a group as there are different areas to spend time together in. There's an atrium-like room where one can converse and have light snacks and beverages. There's an octagon-shaped room, all windows, with a fire in the middle. It's a quiet room so one can relax, snack, in between services, etc. The steam room wasn't working when I was there for my massage but I was able to go to the sauna. There's a cold plunge area, pool, and a courtyard where you can eat lunch. It's just a great place!

This is such a lovely place to relax and enjoy. You have access to all the amenities when you schedule a service. You can enjoy the Jacuzzi, inhalation room, sauna, pool and quiet fireplace room. I had the head, hands and feet message, it was devine!

Lovely spa housed in a beautiful historic Spanish building… with an amazing cafe and fire relaxation room. Eleanor, the spa manager, is the absolute best!
