Luxury spa experience and great customer service. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in and was greeted by Autumn. She offered a tour of the place since it was my first time. My esthetician was Kaylen, and she provided a wonderful facial experience. I typically don’t get facials because of experiences in the past, but she changed my mind and I will be back! I highly recommend The Spa at Salon M!

I’ve been driving past this place for at least a few years now and I deeply regret not going there sooner. Jenna H did a phenomenal job with my haircut and style, and finally gave me the cut I feel like I’ve been asking all my other stylists for years now. Jenna was so easy to talk to, she understood what I was asking for, and gave the best constructive feedback on how the specific style would look on me and how to maintain it. I’ll be back in the next month or so for color, but I feel like I’ve finally found my permanent hair stylist, and I’m it’s nice to have a peace of mind about it.

My coworkers gifted me a gift certificate for this spa. I got a hydrafacial from Emily. It was peaceful, relaxing, and my skin has felt smooth and soft ever since. Emily was attentive and caring during the entire process. I mentioned that I prefer to use clean products at home, and she immediately talked to me about their line of clean products and used those during my procedure. The facility was clean and well taken care of. The support staff and other staff members were very nice and kind. I am very impressed with this salon and will be back as time permits.
