UPDATE: Was offered a free gel mani to make for my poor experience and went back and had an appointment with Abby. The second time was a much better experience and I’m very happy with my nails 🤗 Original review Super disappointed with my experience. Went to get nails done for my bday and was running late because my appointment before ran late. I called to let them know and had to leave a voicemail, they called me back saying I was booked for an hour and they might not be able to do everything. When I got there there was no greeting, no happy faces, they told me to pick out a polish and then my nail tech who never introduced herself called out to me while I awkwardly stood waiting with my polish. She rushed through my appointment and made one of my cuticles bleed, it was the most painful manicure I’ve ever had. I went here because I wanted some cool nail art, I stalked them online including the nail tech to decide what I wanted. Well when I said I wanted black and gold the chick was shocked, like obviously that’s something that’s never been done before. I guess you have to get gel to get designs? I don’t know this was my first time trying to get designs. Anyhoo after rushing through my appointment she just abandoned me at the dryer. So once my nails were dry I was once again wandering around to figure out what I needed. The most unprofessional manicure I’ve ever received. Also let me emphasize I was there exactly an hour, from start to finish, and it felt extremely rushed. SO if I had showed up on time and had an hour appointment, wouldn’t it be just as rushed?? Definitely not going back. Paid $50 for something I could do at home. May try another W because I just want cute designs 🥺

I got Gel-X extensions done by Haylee and they are amazing and so beautiful!! She and LaDon were so friendly and just very personable. The experience was wonderful and I will definitely be going back whenever I get the chance! EDIT: I went back and had Maddie this time and she did a wonderful job. I am absolutely stunned by how perfect my nails are compared to the photo I showed! Thank you so much! ANOTHER EDIT: I went again and got my nails done by Abby (blue nails). I got gel polish and nail art and she did amazing. She was also super personable and friendly and asked questions along the way to make sure I was happy with what she was doing! (I didn’t ask for the french nail)
