Love the atmosphere! Always go here for my hair and beard products. Today i got the firebird beard balm they made in colab with the aroma labs and it is AMAZING! great smell, has a good shine and a perfect hold.

Love The Waiting Room! The staff is great at recommending items that work well for the men I shop for, whether that be beard care or apparel. I’ve purchased a few things for my boyfriend (solid cologne, jeans, beard balm) and my dad (golf shirts) on several occasions and they never disappoint! I have also gotten a few things for myself (photos below). The amount of compliments I’ve gotten on my green over the shoulder Herschel bag is crazy! It’s super comfy and fits quite a bit of stuff. The laptop case I’ve had for almost two years and it hasn’t worn at all! Overall would definitely recommend TWR!

Awesome shop right on the mall. Theresa hooked me up with a great mid-skin fade — super friendly and easy to talk to. Everyone else in the shop was really chill and helpful too. They’ve got some nice clothing up front with high-end brands. I’ll definitely be coming back for both a cut and some new gear.
