I had an amazing experience at Third Coast Salt. I treated myself to a facial and massage after going through a lot lately, and it was exactly what I needed. Every therapist I encountered was kind, professional, and truly gifted at what they do. You’re only as good as the people God blesses to be around you, and it’s clear this place has an incredible team. You never know when someone walks in needing a little healing, and today meant more to me than they probably realize. Thank you for such a peaceful, relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

Third Coast Salt is an amazing spa day experience. The sauna with eucalyptus oil, the shower, the quiet room, the salt room, the social room all for a $50 add on to whatever service you are receiving is wild. My massage was great and the care and relaxation provided by the team here was phenomenal. This is perfect for a girls day, couples splurge or even a self care day.

I had an amazing experience with McKenzie at Third Coast Salt Spot in Mount Juliet. She did a great job—my 60-minute deep tissue massage was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed. I also got to enjoy the steam sauna afterward, and oh my goodness… I absolutely loved it. Since I went on a Wednesday, I basically had the space to myself. I spent time in the Silent Suite and the Salt Room as well. The Salt Room had a beautiful waterfall sound that really helped set the mood. The only downside was that it sounded like there was some construction happening nearby—I kept hearing an electric drill during my Salt Room session. That was the only thing that took away from the experience a bit. Other than that, I really enjoyed my birthday visit. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I’d definitely go back!

I had an amazing experience! I had my first micro needling treatment by Katelyn and she did a wonderful job and was so kind to me through the full procedure. Later that day I even received a text from the owner, Shari checking on me. They both made me feel very valued as a client and I am so thrilled this is the place I chose for my first experience. The owner truly cares about every client !

The male spa room is GORGEOUS: thank you for investing in male health even though it is not the most profitable, many offer NOTHING for men. Men's self care is in crisis but your organization (woman owned) is crossing the gap. The shower head is very fancy, feels like cashmere coming out. The stone is deliciously cold when it first gets heat up. It's very good hot/cold therapy. The shower gets just hot enough with plenty of extra to add to the steamer temperature. It's pretty much perfect!! The women in the front desk are beautiful and extremely kind. My massages with Makenzie have been very healing and restorative. The meditation room is not to be overlooked, the healing lights, music and affirmation wall offers a lot. It's affordable and worth it, thank you!!
